Ministry teams are groups of people, directly resourced by and related to a staff or clergy person, who works collaboratively to steward Foundry’s vision, set by the Board, and implement that vision in the life of the congregation. Ministry Teams have a clear purpose and vision, defined by their role in fulfilling the mission and vision of Foundry Church in the form of a Ministry Team Description.*
